“This is no reflection on you your books and prices are good. Your delivery courier should be removed from your use, Evri is atrocious they keep items for over a week in their warehouse which is not good enough”

“I returned the book as I could not read it. The typeface was very feint & the pages shiny, a poor combination, but not Wordery's fault. Returned immediately, with delivery note, in original packaging, & delivered to your returns office on 02/02/2023. I have not received an acknowledgment or news of a refund. I think this is very poor service & would hesitate to buy from Wordery again.”
