“I have been trying to return my order since it’s arrival. It came in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. I have been emailing and phoning and even posted the item back. This was then returned to me. I cannot use the item that arrived, which was nearly £80 and cannot afford to spend such a large amount of money on something I cannot use. Very poor customer service. No one gets back to you. Please help! Or DO NOT USE.”

“Unfortunately the packaging used to post a stuffed toy was clearly packaging that should be used for books and was far too narrow. The toy was rammed in and was not even sealed at the end so it was open at the ends and you could see what was inside. The hat on the bear was crushed and has been impossible to put back into shape. Not impressed.”
