“I was happy with the price, but my package got stuck at the customs office for a month. I filled out the customs form the minute it arrived to my mailbox, but it was stuck anyway. I was also worried if I'll be paying additional customs fees or not. After all, I haven't paid anything extra, but it took really long time to deliver. This never happened when I was ordering from another similar bookshop.”

“Amazing book selection, reasonable prices, user-friendly webpage. Orders take ages to get to Spain and out of the last four orders, two were lost. I'm aware this may not be Wordery's choice, but books were subject to high customs (the amount of which is not stated at the moment of ordering), which is why I won't be ordering again or as much, or would recommend it to a friend outside the UK. Great pity.”
