“Item and price are excellent BUT shipping took way too long (3 weeks) considering it was sent out via Royal Mail. If the shipping was more efficient it would be 5 stars but loses one because of this.”

“I was very pleased to discover Wordery before Christmas. I had been having trouble finding certain books. They all arrived eventually in separate parcels, due to the nature of the foreign books required. Wordery was able to source these from other countries and completed the order in a satisfactory timescale.”

“My Wordery orders seem to take longer and longer to dispatch and arrive. But to add to that, lately I've even received dispatch notifications and "unfortunately been delayed" messages about items I've already received. Wordery usually isn't the cheapest option, either. When I thought I could rely on the delivery, I was happy to pay more than competitors' prices. But not anymore, especially when there's a deadline. I don't plan on ordering Christmas gifts from Wordery next year. All of my orders from other companies arrived on time, but not from Wordery.”

“With Wordery, the prices are very good and delivery is ultra-rapid. Better still they are a British company paying their taxes in the UK unlike a huge American corporation beginning with A and sounding like a river. Buy your books from a UK company that employs British people and pays its taxes in the UK.”
