“I buy tpb's (graphic novels) from lots of sellers. Some are back issues but I get the new ones from Wordery if I can. Can't find them cheaper anywhere else, free postage and because they package the books properly I've never had a damaged book from them. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“My diary arrived damaged in the post. Offered a 25% refund and keep the damaged diary or full refund and return the diary. Couldn’t replace as there is no stock. Either way I’ve got a damaged diary to work with everyday for a year or no diary. A Jiffy envelope is not enough protection.”

“I ordered the wrong book and sent a message to explore options of return and getting the correct book before it was dispatched All I got is the conditions of returns and how it should be in original packaging- no advice or help whatsoever. I had also asked about the return address which I had to chase up. Again all I got is the same conditions of return. There was no reference whatsoever about getting the book that I wanted. It seems the staff are already to send threatening responses rather than help people out. Sorry rubbish customer service.”
