“I discovered Wordery through La Leche League about six weeks ago, and ordered the LLL guide in time for my granddaughter's birth. She's over a month old and the book has not arrived. The "help" Wordery has provided has been so recalcitrant and ineffectual that I'm about to order the guide from Amazon. Ugh! Not only that but on another book in that order, my kids, to whom this was a gift, had to pay 12 euros in tax. Worse yet, a 28€ book which I did receive, was not the title I had intended to order, and the postage to return it, from France to UK, comes to over 22€! So that's hardly worth the effort. I'll keep it, and look for another service to replace Amazon. This is all the more disappointing since the Wordery site looks and feels good. They're better at marketing than at selling -- and delivering -- books. If there were less than one star available, that's what they deserve, I'm sorry to say.”

“Very reliable service which I really value and appreciate . Not so keen on your website when it comes for searching for a book - you have to know the exact spelling or title and sometimes that’s not easy to have to hand or its entirety is unknown .”

“Wonderful tarot deck and great customer service! My order took a bit longer than planned to be delivered but then again, I am all the way in Canada. I contacted support and they responded very promptly and were ready to help replace the item should it have been lost in the mail. I am very happy with my purchase and the transaction and will be a returning customer.”

“Beware if ordering and based in France unless you have factored in the additional tax upon delivery. The website is a .com address and no indication of a UK number or address so easy to be misled. The tax makes it a very expensive book!”

“Wordery has been excellent in the past for us but my last book ordered and paid 6 Dec 2021 - order reference WRDRY-24-45-11557876 has not arrived as at 13 Jan 2022, I have not received any info in reference to the book's travel tracking, some info would be good please.”

“I buy books from Wordery every month. Only ever had one problem (when a book I ordered went missing in the post, so it wasn't Wordery's fault, it was missing in delivery). They sent a replacement immediately which arrived the next day. It's a good book shop online for people who want to support local smaller companies based in the UK.”
