“I believe it was section 3 where you drag 5 symbols to match their definitions. Even though I had the symbols matched up correctly it told me it was incorrect. After numerous attempts I called your office then just proceed on to next section.”

“The course was easy and I have no complaints on that end. However trying to pay with a prepaid credit card I bought at the store was not accepted was irritating”

Hey Jesse, Sorry for the issues you had with the prepaid credit card. We definitely accept them as a valid payment method. However, they can be a nuisance to use as they have to be activated before use and this process can take some time. If you're ever using one with us in the future, leave a few hours after its purchase for the activation to go through before trying to purchase anything with it and you should have no trouble at all. “The online course material was not displaying properly towards the end of the TDG ground online course. It could be just a one time problem as the display of course material was back to normal the next day.”
