“the computer rips you off & auto selects 2 day shipping- then the stuff didnt show up for a week anyhow. But it showed up & i am better prepared for the demands of our modern work site.”

“Worse service ever I purchased a course in class a week ago and worksite safety is asking me to check in for the course 5 times a day which I did numerous times so over 35 times now every single day they harrassed me I have been dealing with this company for years and used to be acceptable not anymore no customer service and very disorganized and requested the exact samething 35 times in 1 week”

“Not a comprehensive course that offers anything beyond superficial knowledge; information easily found on free courses from reputable organizations, presented more effetcively. No additional resources supplied with this course from Worksite to supplement the course. Some infomation out of date with current best practices. Does not serve well as a refresher course or to deepen knowledge. Very disspointing.”

“The instructor knew the material, but whenever people were driving the forklift, he was yelling at everyone, saying "Do what I am telling you to do!!!" or "You are not listening to me!!!!". Very unprofessional and no customer service attitude.”

“I asked a question of the difference between lanyard and harness in class, I was told not qualified to take the skyjack training , cause I do not have working at height certificate, that make me nervous to ask any questions in class then. Later , they change the word , says I need fall arrest certificate to take this skyjack training . Very confused and upset .”

“The coarse was very well presented however the customer service is extremely poor. I purchased this coarse through my wife’s email and the ticket shows in her name. I sent an email to the address provided during the coarse requesting a change and have had no response. Unfortunately the job site did not allow me to use my confined space ticket because of this. I am an owner in a large oilfield storage tank company and until I hear back and get this resolved I will not recommend to our workers or our safety department.”
