“was a frustrating experience when i call back i got a very poor customer service, 10 hours of my time was for nothing at the end , please do not contact me again still frustrated”

“I asked a question of the difference between lanyard and harness in class, I was told not qualified to take the skyjack training , cause I do not have working at height certificate, that make me nervous to ask any questions in class then. Later , they change the word , says I need fall arrest certificate to take this skyjack training . Very confused and upset .”

“The coarse was very well presented however the customer service is extremely poor. I purchased this coarse through my wife’s email and the ticket shows in her name. I sent an email to the address provided during the coarse requesting a change and have had no response. Unfortunately the job site did not allow me to use my confined space ticket because of this. I am an owner in a large oilfield storage tank company and until I hear back and get this resolved I will not recommend to our workers or our safety department.”

“The course itself was fine but trying to get a group to do it and have different people get certificates was a nightmare. I still haven't got it done although a phone call will straighten it out I'm sure.”

“Doesn’t work had many conversations with staff. Did the exam passed but because my camera wasn’t filming me doing the exam didn’t pass. Was supposed to get an email when the issue was rectified but have heard nothing. Not happy. Only good thing was I got a refund”

“This course is WAY too much info at one time. It's hard to retain that much, advanced info. Many of us are average workers, not scholars, or fresh out of university. It was quite difficult and incredibly stressful! people with learning disabilities would have a very hard time completing this”

“Terrible at night. Kept kicking me out of teaching modules(10 of them) AFTER I paid up front for the course, and after luckily refreshing back into the course, did NOT give me the option of taking the test, which is why the course was taken. It only offered me to go to the beginning ( which would start the WHOLE PROCESS OVER again, or ho to the end, which them kicked me out, and I was NOT ALLOWED back in,UNLESS I gave another $50 to take over. Now as for the contentb- EXCELLENT TEACHING. I learned SO MUCH, as I took my time over a 4 hr. period. Thank God, your daytime staff was able to set up the test on my cell phone the next day, WHEN the office hrs started, but I start very early, and was NOT ALLOWED to operate the scissor lift at work, UNTIL the safety coordinator at the job sight was able to download a copy of the completed-successful test (80%+) It was VERY FRUSTRATING to lise 4 hrs of sleep time for nothing, and still have to go to work, exhausted, with no access to the machine. I would have preferred my rest, then I could have taken the test at my union hall, which was only 15 minutes away. Thank u, to whoever helped me the following morning”

“Your courses are long winded, and not configured to mobile telephones. Basically a cash grab from a UK corporation, what use is a Fall Awareness Course were you don't even Don a harness. I have taken many Whims courses and at least 6 Fall Arrest courses ( real ones). FAIL EPIC FAIL”
