“It was very good to be working with Worksite as my questions were answered in a timely manner and my phone calls were returned. One issue I have is for the cost of a course and plastic card should be issued right away or mailed to adminstration. The certificates do not have the expire date on them so we need to photocopy the cards and it is a real hassel to try to get everyone to bring their card to admin to photocopy.”
