“It was a very informative course, but at the beginning there was a note with regards to changes coming and that I would not have to re-do the course as long as my certificate is valid. One of the final exam questions was about changes to the TDGs and that people have to do training on the changes. The comment on your website with regards to TDG changes and the valididy of a current certificate is contradicting an exam answer, or at least confusing for the user.”

“The course material was covered well. The voices were monotonous and it is hard to stay awake for the 8 hours required; the predictability of the material could have been broken up to be more creative in presentation. The test was too easy, but honestly, if you worked through all the material, easy to pass too and it's fair to do it that way. All in all, boring but necessary work, and I learned a lot.”
