“Only issue was program freezing and nit allowing me to move past without customer service help so I had to wait til after the weekend to complete. Customer service reps were excellent when I was able to connect on the Monday!! Communicated by phone and live chat.”

“I participated in the Working from Heights training and found the instructor did a great job keeping us engaged with the material and helping us understand the key take aways (not an easy task). Also found he was very friendly and understanding. Thankyou Mike”

“The course structure was good and the staff that helped me to get my wallet certificate where excellent and quick to respond. The only thing that I didnt like as how long it took to complete. I could have done in half the time if the system was not so slow on each page. I could read much faster than the presentor or already new the subject matter but it would not allow me to go faster. Other than that it was a good course, informative and topics covered that are appropriate.”

“I purchased safety training. It's convenient to purchase on-line. I appreciate having records for each of the employees stored on line for retrieval later. We do work on marine vessels. Our primary risks are working on water, potentially unstable work platforms, long ladders into confined spaces, confined spaces accessible from confined spaces, and working remotely. Also driving for work including transportation planning is useful to us. The current courses on offer include some of our scope - but, for example, a multi-hour fall arrest course isn't warranted, and the ladder safety course isn't really applicable.”

“Worksite Safety has such a massive compliment of training material to choose from which is great. I did post a review of the asbestos awareness training which touched on not being able to retake the chapter quizzes/questionnaires. being able to retake them would benefit users greatly.”
