“There is a flaw in your software. When I completed the course I had to identify myself. The system said "no selpies" when I tried to get past this hurdle the system kept kicking me out so after several tries I gave up and didnt get to write the test!! Also I cant get my money back!!”

“I am a newbie when it comes comes to fall pro stuff. I’ve never even seen a fall arrest harness before. D-rings and all the safety stuff. I don’t understand any of it. It seems like it’s being taught backwards. First show what it is and what everything is called. Like what a a carabeener ? No idea.”

“I try t take the eaxam, but I am not able to do that, because all f the timeI receivethe message stating " more then one person s present" I am only person in the entireapartment. Second, To uppload ID is not easy a well. Te site accept only png format, despite most of cameras save images as jpg, or jpeg. So, I have to look for scanner, and to change scanner's settings. Third, the ste request to tak selfie and does not let me go forward without that selfie, while on the next page it is stated that i should an image of a government ussued D, not selfie.”

“Instructor was frustrated that we were asking questions, I heard him complaining to other staff during our lunch break. Given that many of us were from different sectors, we all had unique concerns that we were trying to address.”

“There seems to be a lot of glitches in the course. One of which is extremely frustrating. When you complete a course it sometimes gets stuck and will not allow you to continue to the next part. You have to start a chat with them to get it fixed!”

“Boring. Dull. Nothing to keep the viewer engaged. Utilize video with professional actors. Currently it's like sitting through the worst movie you've ever seen that's 5 hours long. Breath some fresh life into this stale, outdated, dull. Use a hi def pic for every item you speak of. Better yet hi res video with real life examples. The current version looks like it's a bad 80 movie. Please update the entire thing. I won't recommend what I've had to sit through. It's awful.”
