Some of the multiple choice questions were very subjective to whoever wrote them, they are vey easily arguable on more than one instance when doing quizzes. I began the course and did not yet have the required Green Book in order to answer some of the questions, thinking that I read over and over how you can retake quizzes and tests I figured well why not just fumble through, but to retake any question or quiz was not very apparent. Technical glitches were also present, marking an answer and being told it was wrong and then reviewing these questions to find out, it was marked wrong but also the correct answer.

I ordered a spiral bound “Green Book” because it hurts my fingers to press open the pages but I received a glue bound book. When I inquired I was told the spiral bound books were not in?? Ive already begun using it and it hurts my fingers and hands 🥺

I ordered OSG books from the Worksite website. The books arrived in a timely manner, but they are thicker than the OSG book we had before. As a result the books don't fit in the holders we have onsite. I could not find a replacement holder that fits the supplied book on the Worksite website. This has prevented the new books from being put out when they arrived. I am still looking for a solution.

I ask that you improve your services by offering face-to-face training on H2S ALIVE. The online training on H2S that I did at was not accepted by the company that wanted to recruit me. They require that I instead do face-to-face or in-company training on H2S. But you offer this training only online. I want you to help me find an organization that offers this face-to-face training in both French and English in Canada or Quebec where I currently reside. Without this training I would not be able to get my job. Please help me.

I paid for 3 (myself, and 2 others working for PP). We sent an email advising our people to do the test. Neither one could get in, so they PAID for themselves. Leaving us out 2 costs. We were advised that we would be paid back? Yet, we don't know who to send to for reimbursement.

The course i took was out of date. the Weights and Dimensions Regs have been ammended more than 8 times and there is an error in a few slides. Needs to updated as it could lead participants to make errors and safety risks on the road.

To me, this was not a beginner's course but seemed more like a refresher. Even early in the course, there were words, acronyms, and concepts that required I go elsewhere to get a definition or explanation. This made for extended time in completing the course. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this course to a beginner. Ralph Kernbach

The feedback I received from our operators was disappointing. I'm told the material was focused on directional digging and line locating rather than actual hydro-vac safety. They found it not relevant to our work type at all which is trenching/locating pipes, exposing line breaks/water valves/utility pole installations. I would like to take it myself to see first hand but I would like to see it review the safety of working with high-pressure water and/or air, vacuum system safety, overhead safety for tank/boom, traffic/noise, trenching/unstable ground to name a few

I actually have a few tickets from you guys. My biggest complaint would have to be the length of time it takes to get the hard copy (cards) after the course has been completed.

90% of the course material is irrelevant to all but foreman and or business owners. Having to sit through 30+ minutes of legislation wont teach a worker anything practical. The course from 2018 i had actually explained trenching safety, for example.
