“IN FILLING OUT THE ORDER I USED MY BUSINESS ADDRESS AS THE ADDRESS TO BE SHIPPED TO. OR SO I THOUGHT. THE NEXT STEP WAS TO PAY FOR IT USING MY CREDIT CARD AND OF COURSE, I HAD TO CONFIRM MY BILLING ADDRESS. AFTER PROVIDING THE BILLING ADDRESS INFO WHICH IS NOT MY BUSINESS ADDRESS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGED TO MY BILLING ADDRESS. I WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT IT BUT THOUGHT IT IS A SMALL PACKAGE AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE PLACED IN MY CANADA POST MAILBOX. NOT THE CASE. IT ENDED UP ONE HOUR'S DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT CITY. WE HAD TO PAY A REDIRECTION FEE TO GET IT SENT TO THE BUSINESS ADDRESS.”

“I don't know if it is five or one star. I wanted to purchase workplace hazard training, but somehow I ended up with women harassment in the workplace. I am not interested in this subject, and I was hoping to exchange my purchase for the training of my choice, but I could not. I lost the money I had paid for my preferred course.”

“The platform is a nuisance to use. The only time I use this provider si when I need training outside of my local areas with my usual providers. I would use them more if the system didn't take an easy process and make it complicated for no valid reason.”

“If you want people to understand awareness of asbestos do not make it a 3rd year philosophy major presentation. Also asbestos awareness need examples of what to look for and what to avoid”

“I rated at poor only because it was difficult to manage booking courses for my employees. Often, I am needing to book for people other than myself. From what I could see there should be a way to book a course for "John Doe" with the email confirmation and Invoice going to the Credit Card Holder(Myself). If this is already an option, then it is not clear on how to do this on the website. We have since set up our company with a direct billing account so hopefully this is easier to navigate going forward. No other issues to note.”
