I don't know if it is five or one star. I wanted to purchase workplace hazard training, but somehow I ended up with women harassment in the workplace. I am not interested in this subject, and I was hoping to exchange my purchase for the training of my choice, but I could not. I lost the money I had paid for my preferred course.

Its nice to have safety training online. The non stop advertisement shoved down your throat after is not nice to have

The platform is a nuisance to use. The only time I use this provider si when I need training outside of my local areas with my usual providers. I would use them more if the system didn't take an easy process and make it complicated for no valid reason.

If you want people to understand awareness of asbestos do not make it a 3rd year philosophy major presentation. Also asbestos awareness need examples of what to look for and what to avoid

I rated at poor only because it was difficult to manage booking courses for my employees. Often, I am needing to book for people other than myself. From what I could see there should be a way to book a course for "John Doe" with the email confirmation and Invoice going to the Credit Card Holder(Myself). If this is already an option, then it is not clear on how to do this on the website. We have since set up our company with a direct billing account so hopefully this is easier to navigate going forward. No other issues to note.

No instructions. Not simple enough. I need to be copied on emails to our employees.

This course was painful to get through. The AI voice was very hard to listen to, and this course would greatly benefit from having a real human voice narrating it. Online learning is difficult enough as it is without the distraction of bizarre pronunciations and the like. Regarding the graphics and photos, it was very disappointing that out the dozens of photos of "workers," only 3 I believe it was out of the several dozen included women. Even worse, out of those three, one was referencing a receptionationist. I understand that these photos were most certainly from a stock photo database, which probably has a bias towards including mostly men playing the role of the workers in historically male dominated industries, however, hardly including any photos of women in these roles perpetuates these slated gender roles. I would suggest your company reviews its online course material and update it to make it more inclusive, and realistic of the growing diversity we are finally seeing in these historically male dominated industries.

Way to much reading and not enough video content. I've done this course lots and this one was way harder. It took over 8 hrs to complete

Training completely missed the mark. We wanted hazard identification training that our field techs could use to identify hazards. We got a dense, confusing full of jargon course written for and by safety people who spend their lives saving the world from the comfort of their own office. Only useful for safety professionals who collect training source certificates to display on their office walls.
