“What I purchased was not what I wanted. I could not get my point across to customer service either. I believe there was a language barrier there. I have WHMIS 15, I wanted WHMIS 2023 which is just new recently. There is no point in me using the product I bought, I already have that certification.”

“Not sure why we need to buy a new green book every year. I realize you need to update but I think it could be updated every 5 years or so. Such a waste of money and is so bad for the environment.”

“When I took the course, I was under the impression that I would be provided with a certificate at the conclusion of the course. After paying for the course and wasting my time completing I found out that it does not provide me with a bcertificate but is a way of selling an in-person course. THIS IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY!”

“People dont need to know the chemical breakdown, past statistics, or any of that, they need to know how to be safe from it. Ive taken H2S Alive 4 times now and none of the courses had test questions about past statistics or chemical breakdowns. Will not use worksafe for any other courses ever again.”

“I had to re load the site multiple times to get through the course as I kept receiving critical error messages from your browser. When I contacted customer service I did not get an apology just a thanks for your feedback”

“When I tried to use it was unable to control my answers and then it froze and unable to continue so I wasted my money and won't be able to get reimbursement from my employer for it cause it ain't complete and I don't believe in wasting any more of time waiting and waiting for it to unfreeze for me to continue.”
