“Your courses are long winded, and not configured to mobile telephones. Basically a cash grab from a UK corporation, what use is a Fall Awareness Course were you don't even Don a harness. I have taken many Whims courses and at least 6 Fall Arrest courses ( real ones). FAIL EPIC FAIL”

“Well your website was very misleading and I purchased two things that were apparently really irrelevant that I didn't really understand when reading it I thought I had to purchase all three turns out I just had to purchase the in class course so I wasted my money when I really needed it in a really hard financial spot right now”

“I've done the Working at Heights many times, now. Your course was the least in depth that I've been to. Some guy asked a valid question about working on lifts, and instead of answering the instructor just said he'd have to take the MEWP course to learn about that.”

“I was not able to attend the course I had previously paid for and had to cancel my reservation. I was informed that I would not get a refund only a credit for future use. This was very disappointing, I have used Workplace Safety several times in teh past for training for myself and some of the guys who work for me but because of this no refund policy I will be looking elsewhere in future for necessary certifications.”
