“The website specified that the plastic wallet card would be shipped the following day. (this is from your website) "This course consists of 12 chapters and a final exam. Once you pass your exam, you may print your certificates of completion (wallet & wall sized). Your training also includes a plastic wallet certificate. This card typically ships within one day using Canada Post regular mail." I called customer service to follow up, they said it would take 5 -6 weeks . Are you kidding me, where is it coming from, China ? I still have not received my plastic wallet certificate. Very poor service and reliability. Lost my confidence and would not recommend your site to anyone. Pino LoRusso”

“The tickets offered on this site say they are accepted by Suncor. They are NOT recognized by Syncrude, owned by Suncor, and I assume they are not valid at Suncor either. They are not energy safety Canada recognized. I spent my time and money on tickets I cannot use.”
