“I'd rate Worksite with only one star due to some concerning emails I received the next day. While the initial service seemed helpful, the following morning I found myself in possession of sensitive information belonging to three different customers, including their addresses and payment details. In an effort to address the issue, I contacted one of the affected customers to ensure that my own information wasn't being misused. They revealed that they had also engaged services from Worksite. Upon reaching out to Worksite regarding this breach, they assured me they would investigate, but unfortunately, I never received any further communication from them. I've included some screenshots for reference.”

“I followed the instructions to add the trainees but not a single one of the trainees is able to access the training course. Which means I am now going to have to spend more time and energy correcting and updating the issue which is time I don't have to spend. But once it's sorted I'm hoping it will be a breeze from there.”
