“Fall protection course is way over the top, a person shouldn’t have to sit at a computer for 3 hours to read a bunch of non sense”

“The quiz was horrible - duplicate answers and perception - trick based questions”

“The majority of the fields didn’t work properly. The sound kept cutting off. It took me five times to get through the course. And I am certified to teach teach it. Very glitchy and a real headache. Not worth the price.”

“So I started the whimis 2015 and twice as I got to 6th chapter it cut out and brought me back to chapter 2. Time is reason I tried to do online and it sucked. I did leave email complaint and phone message. I did get called back but sorrr doesn’t cut it.”

“Honestly a refund is in order, We would like a re-fund. Your organization is not CGA certified, therefore useless to anyone looking to work. The reviews that we will be giving will be low and definitely, we will make sure to NOT recommend you to any future projects we’re a part of.”

“Would not reimburse us for employee sick with flu who could not attend. Will not be working with this company in the future unless you re visit it. The employee comment to me was, he should ve went and just puked in class? Please let me know”

“The website specified that the plastic wallet card would be shipped the following day. (this is from your website) "This course consists of 12 chapters and a final exam. Once you pass your exam, you may print your certificates of completion (wallet & wall sized). Your training also includes a plastic wallet certificate. This card typically ships within one day using Canada Post regular mail." I called customer service to follow up, they said it would take 5 -6 weeks . Are you kidding me, where is it coming from, China ? I still have not received my plastic wallet certificate. Very poor service and reliability. Lost my confidence and would not recommend your site to anyone. Pino LoRusso”
