“This course was part video, but more reading. It was very technical and the review questions simply told you that you were wrong and did not tell me the right answers (therefore I could not learn what I got wrong without redoing the chapter and even then I could not redo the test) Very poorly done course.”

“I've emailed 3 times asking why I can't re take the test I need to have wgimis at my job, and have already paid for it I even tried paying again just because I need it but says the email is already taken. I need someone from whims to rectify why I've been charged but am unable to try again o could loose my position if it's not done and bo one has emailed me to troubleshoot how to rectifying”

“To offer an online course without the practical part. (working on elevating platforms) I passed the online course and the next day i called your company where i can make the practical part. So i did what the guy on the phone told me and called the rental places in Ottawa. No chance without making the full course to the full price. So the last course at worksite safety was a waste of money. Thanks Oliver Reckord”

“Site is not user friendly. there are no instructions available. CSA are too busy to answer in a timely manner. Used live chat, then attempted to telephone. Still haven't heard back from leaving a voicemail. The one CSA is very polite and patient but is always busy.”

“I still have not received my book. It was sent to the wrong city and I have not received any further feedback or results from Fady Mekhael from Worksite Safety This is very frustrating. I have all of the emails - asking him to respond- none yet. I still dont have my publication. This is the first time I have ordered from this company. I am not sure I will ever again.”

“Worse Company to deal with. Purchased training for our staff but our staff cannot access it. Each time I call, they say it has been fixed and shouldn't have problems. Nothing works even as I write today. Purchased training in October 2020!! So frustrating.”
