“It was a great experience to study at your site but want to suggest you that when we open a new page ,it is mentioned that click the picture to know more details and then move to next page where as it should be mandatory to click all the pictures then only one can move to next page .Due to this i skipped a very important part of fall protection , which was later on recovered. It would be my first and last reply to you. Thanks”

“Your customer service on the phone is exceptional. On your website there was a little back and forth to get everything resolved. Could be a little more user friendly.”

“I haven’t completed the course yet but it’s been good so far. Need to update the links to other websites. In Chapter 6, one of the links was to a guide sheet on the Transport Canada website, but when I clicked it the page could not be found. Other than that, so far it’s been very informative.”

“The course gives the student a good grasp of TDG Act Requirements. and is a good start . Some of the questions, I find to be vague. Example a "cylinder" in one of the questions assumes the student should take it as a small container to answer the question correctly. The "symbols" of nine primary classes have numbers corresponding to numbers in the multiple choices.This too easy to answer and does not encourage the student to work more to retain identification of the symbols permanently.”
