“I'm sixty plus years old excutive and I take this course with select members of my crew every 3 years because I do go on site every so often. I found that the instructor this time spoke very quickly and just read off the video. Didn't find it to flow and very dry. This may be my last time renewing before retiring but I think instructors need to read less because if not then should just make this an online course. We can all read.”

“The training information is great, the admin platform is excellent but unfortunately we can not use it becasue the user can skip through all of the content and just do the exam. I did reach out to your team to inquire if this could be changed but was told no.”

“Train was good but not accurate. I took the chainsaw course and was taught that a chainsaw will cut concrete, rock, stone etc A chainsaw is meant to cut wood and wood only. Concrete, rock, stone etc is cut with an abrasive wheel not a chain. Thank you.”

“I’ve taken 2 courses so far and found the help available to be excellent, both by phone and chat. Love that I can assign courses to my team members, and that I can sign their certificates before printing them. The only problem is I find the courses are too long. IE: WHMIS and Fall Protection. Would be great if you had a WHMIS refresher too. The 8 hour WHMIS course is a tough sell if I’m going to assign to my team members yearly. A 1 hour refresher would be great.”
