“The training was kept on schedule and the instructor answered the questions portraying knowledge and gave great examples throughout the course.”

“The online course is good, but designed exclusively for English-speaking students. This is not bad, but it makes learning the material and the final exam more difficult. Translation takes a lot of time. Of course, the student will learn the language over time, but a thorough understanding of the security for which the course is designed is needed now! (in other words, it won't be bad to add a google translator to the course!) But thanks, I took the course and got the certificate, and it increased my chances of finding a job!) Good luck everyone!)”

“It would be good to have the option on the website to pick up the order and select the location without having to call customer service and then go through having to receive a refund after the order is complete for the shipping amount. Other than that, everything was good and the people I communicated with on the phone and the website were great and very helpful!”
