“Course instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions and concerns of everyone. Good environment, coffee and snacks were appreciated by all. Better signage would be helpful as finding the correct side of the building was confusing for some.”

“I received the training required. The instructor was polite, helpful, and had interesting anecdotes. I wish there was a little less "reading of the slides". I understand there are important points to cover that should be reinforced for the class, however, the strongest parts of the class was when the instructor shared personal experience that was in context with the slides.”
