“to me its about how a company reacts when they have an issue with your order and this happened to me. Worktop Express couldn't fulfill my order but we managed to agree an alternative solution and their customer service reacted in time for my kitchen build not to be disrupted and they provided more worktop free of charge and oiled. Excellent to experience a company that reacts positively when they are unable to fulfill the order first time. I would defiantly order from this company again”

“I was initially worried about ordering online but I needn't have been. Great customer service, kept well informed, loved the pre-oiling service for the solid oak worktops, which were not only thicker than the competition, they were 60% of the price.”

“I have recently purchased worktop accessories and the up-stand from Worktop Express and I've had a very good experience and I am very happy with the products quality as well as the affordable price. I've tried to purchase WTE worktops but due to stock prognosis I've decided to cancel it. There were few bumps on the road to complete the cancellation but we have managed to successfully resolve it in the end, and so I am happy to see that the company values its customers and although they have high quantity of sales and customers, they take care of individual cases and personal circumstances. I'd recommend Worktop Express to anyone that are looking for high quality worktops or wooden products. I'd be certainly buying here again.”

“The quality of the wood, speed of delivery and price are all brilliant. However- the two 3m pieces of oak we received were slightly different colours - which makes the work surface seem slightly disjointed.”

“This is the first time I have used Worktop Express and I was impressed with the service and the quality of the worktops that were supplied. If there was any complaint at all it would be regarding the delivery men as my builder mentioned to me that they were not very helpful. Having said that, I would recommend Worktop Express and would buy worktops from them in the future.”

“Great quality and extremely competative prices. I accidebtly ordered two different depths and so had to swap one of the worktops. Customer services were very helpful... The only thing I will say is that for sending one van to collect the old and deliver the new they charged £50.... And the refund takes a very long time to be returned to your card. So make sure it's all right or its a costly mistake.”

“First time we have ordered with this company. We were impressed with the service, the worktops were delivered the next day and we were telephoned 1 hour before delivery. The 2 man delivery team were pleasant and polite. Would definitely use this company again”

“Beware! Everywhere they post "two man delivery" but in fact it's just to your front door - if you live in a flat or need up the stairs - tough! Even their own delivery drivers say they get angry customers all the time when they discover these two strong strapping lads won't take it past your ground floor, but the company apparently is not bothered for their staff to take the abuse and continues to hide the fact they will only delivery to ground floor door in the small print of the terms & conditions. Also the worktop is just a slab - if you want curved corners you have to pay extra for it. My worktop had a black mark in the middle, and filler marks all over it... Would have returned it except builder got to it before I did and had cut it already.. Disgraceful company!”

“3 Worktops stored flat 1 was bowed worked round that issue, the main issue was the ceramic sink it was so warped was nearly 1cm out round sides and back. Front where it was visible was 5mm out. on going, but will take issue further has ive had to pay fitter extra and be with out sink for at least 1 day so far.”

“Ordered two prime Oak pre-oiled worktops, found poor quality wood filled with wood filler, pre-oiled worktops were not oiled and got water stains immediately after installation. Customer service don't resolve issue or compensate. Definitely not a place to buy worktops, avoid.”

“Obviously this isn’t a great place to purchase worktop and customer service is very poor It looks like CEO of the company also has no care what people think as long as they got people money they don’t want to know There much better company around to buy worktop and not worry about customer support than this one so do not recommend them at all”

“Be careful with this companys terms for damaged items Be careful with this company. We had a chipped worktop supplied by them. We left it in the original packaging stored safely in a room with no contact while waiting for the kitchen fitter to finish his next job. A couple of weeks passed and when the fitter unwrapped the worktop he discovered the large chip in the front. We contacted them and were told because we didn't unwrap and check it within 24 hours that they were not liable. The worktop is super durable and looks like was dropped on edge of lorry or similar during transportation. Be wary of them adding small print into emails (which is not legally binding) to try to distance themselves from any liability. I would not recommend this company due to this dishonest attitude.”

“Purchased worktops for our new kitchen and one of them had a manufacturing defect .we contacted worktop express who asked us to send pictures but there response was nothing to do with them and asked for more photos instead of sending someone out to inspect it . All in all terrible service and avoiding there responsibility. What's the point of warranty.”

“Inferior worktops ,not fit for purpose,unti blown in 8 weeks on outer edge thats supposedly is sealed in manufacturing,company pass the blame, so warranty is pointles as they will wriggle out any way they can,as the saying goes buy cheap buy twice,lesson learnt.”
