“ordered item on 12/9 still not reiceived the item to date no-one calls me back to let me know whats hapening with it will have to ask for my money back ordered this one item to check quality before ordering more - cant believe the poor service”

We do offer a returns service in which we can arrange to have the garments returned to us for a full inspection to be carried out. If we find the quality of the t-shirts to not be of the standard we expect of all garments we provide for our customers, we will look to replace these garments or provide a refund. “An absolute farce from start to finish, I don't think I've ever had such a bad experience with a company like this. Incorrect items quoted and shipped, repeated mistakes and typos in artwork proofs for sign off, mistakes in final print despite assurances proofs were correct, repeated failure to deliver goods as promised, and completely indifferent sales staff who refuse any responsibility for correcting problems. There are plenty of companies providing workwear - I'd highly recommend you use somebody else.”
