“Terrible service. Item sizes on website for the products we ordered were incorrect. Short aprons were even shorter by 150mm in length. Tedious process and returns policy even though I sent photo evidence of incorrect sized garments. Company wanted us to return and then do a review with the supplier before even making a decision. This should have been a straight FULL refund for items sold not as described. First time customer and will never use again.”

“I purchase unprinted aprons of various styles / colours for our kitchen, housekeeping & front of house team. The quality is fantastic and great value for the prices paid. These garments wash & wash and remain unstained despite grease and other general day to day soiling. The colours also stay true and one batch is still being used over 10 years later, seams / ties still strong. I highly recommend the Premier range which is what we mostly buy. Regards - Jane”

“Service and delivery was good. Though not sure about the product. I bought a size 20, as it was advertised as being 'tailored' . There is no way the size is correct. I've kept it as it will be okay for the summer but not when I have to wear it with a jumper or other layers.”

“Bought 5 white blouses, various sizes for band members uniform. All blouses were very good except they were all small for the size stated. If we need any more I would recommend getting a size bigger than normal”

“Workwear Express has left itself dependent on its sole courier's software to track deliveries. Unfortunately, the DPD driver in Buxton cannot follow simple instructions to leave items with 'any neighbour.' The very same autistic DPD driver had failed to leave my deliveries with my neighbours on eight previous occasions. As a paying customer I expect to select a courier service from a list of three companies. As Workwear Express ae wedded to DPD I have no option but to add Workwear Express to my blacklist of online vendors.”
