“I ordered a fleece following a recommendation. The fleece arrived before the forecast delivery date and I was alerted along the way as to when to expect delivery and it was bang on time. Unfortunately it was a little small, so I asked for replacement of the next size. The returns note was mailed to me and I sent back the fleece I received and 3 days later my replacement arrived. I am chuffed with the fleece, the value and the service were fantastic. I cannot recommend this company enough, the prices are fair and you get what you pay for, but the service exceeded my expectations. Brilliant! Keith O'Brien Happy customer!”

“Unfortunately the items ordered were far to small for me I wasn’t aware that I could of ordered sample shirts before I made a decision so the shirts ordered have been binned I was hoping for a small discount if I ordered again but none was offered. So for me I’ll have to physically go and choose appropriate polos.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the item due to size issues, and I was a bit surprised that not only did I pay for postage I also had to pay more to return it. Notwithstanding the previous comments I found all of the staff I dealt with were very helpful and polite in fact a pleasure to do business with.”

“The logo on the pull over is to high on the back so it’s partially obscured by the hoodie. Only realised when a customer pointed it out to me, a bit embarrassing really. Then the size also appears to be much smaller than the proof that was send for approval. Some of the shirts the red splotches haven’t washed out and some of the print have come off. Quality of the clothing is good, to bad about the rest”
