“Sales staff very helpful, order process and customisation very good but unfortunately spoiled by the packaging (lack of!) - the complete batch appear to have been stuffed into the bag resulting in the shirts looking like rags and all requiring tlc before distributing to the recipients. (The previously received sample had been fine).”

“Every order I place with you I have to double check as the sizes are put down incorrectly, the style, the price changes. Also, the jackets that we have in grey are 6 months old and the colour is fading”

“Workwear Express provides an excellent service demonstrated in its customer-focus and responsiveness. I have worked with Phil to roll out a consistent and on-brand range across the Club and its numerous contractors, and using our customised portal we have made core items easily accessible to those who require them with little intervention. Beth, responsible for our account, is refreshingly proactive and seamlessly deals with any potential issues in supply and other day-to-day queries: easier said than done for an admittedly demanding client such as ours! I had the opportunity to visit the facility and be guided through the end-to-end processes by the Operations Manager, James. The site radiates efficiency from inbound garments to delivered finished goods and is an exemplar of continuous improvement.”
