“As the owner of a small business which is growing rapidly I decided to invest in some new Workwear for my employee’s. I was very pleased with the quality of the garments and even happier when I saw the range available (treating myself to a new Helly Hansen jacket) The service was second to none, and the customer service from Chanel was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for new uniform. Thanks Workwear Express!”

“The Account Manager Aaron is a pleasure to work with, he is organised and efficient. No question is too much and he always replies in a timely manner. The price of the items that I have ordered are cheaper yet the quality is better than a different company we used to use. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and Aaron to other businesses and consumers.”

“Remedy Festival (239526) have used Workwear Express a number of times now to have our promotional t-shirts printed with our official logo and are very happy with the outstanding service, especially the service from the key accounts department. We find them to be very professional, helpful and our order was completed well within our required time frame which we are very happy about. The quality of the t-shirts are of a high standard. We will definitely continue to use this company for our future events. Thank you!”

“Have used Workwear for a number of years. The level of professionalism and ease is unmatched. Can honestly say what a delight it is to deal with, from the stress-free Artwork or Customer Services. To the joys of ordering new uniform with Key Accounts, I have never had any issues with any of the team and can always receive information, updates and advice without hassle in a friendly/timely manner. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Ordered 2 items, 1 too big so tried to return and replace with a smaller one. Person replying to me in customer services was greatly unhelpful and plainly going against the customer, implying the trousers were damaged (where I took them out of the bag, tried on then packaged and sent back). Also implying that they cannot and will not accept the return since it does not have the original packaging. I have located the original packaging, which was delivered to me torn and informed the customer service person that I found it, which they used as an argument AGAINST accepting the return, stating I have found it after submitting my return already. If you are an individual customer do not bother buying, obviously they only care if you drop big money in the store.”

“Very poor had caps embroidered had to return them as did not look good been waiting for new artwork this has not happed I have been the one chasing up my order. I have given up and will seek another company to carry out my work very disappointed with the poor communication”

“My girlfriend loves the long cowboy style rain mack. She doesn’t have to struggle into water proof leggings jacket and wellies to walk a dog. Just coat and wellies and off she goes.”

“Received the t shirt order, very pleased with expected the 2 blouses to have the same motif and didn't. Follow up customer service was poor, won't be returning for the rest of my orders in the future. Good trial though, glad i didn't order more.”
