“Corporate clients expect a certain level of service when placing an order. We recently ordered a single sample for a customer and this took well over 6 weeks to come. This then effects our customer service KPIS. When our account manager is off there needs to someone to stand in and continue the service. This didn't appear to happen.”

“Jill Mitchell was very helpful with my order. The customer service she gave was great. Overall very efficient. The only thing that let the complete service down was the order was delayed in getting to me.”
