On receipt of my order, one book was in pretty poor condition, very dusty pages. A courteous and helpful response to my complaint and a replacement copy sent out with apologies very quickly. I therefore have no worries should I have a problem in future, excellent company to deal with.

Every purchase I have made has been an absolute pleasure. The range of books is extensive and I've always found what I was looking for. In addition, the prices are always low, the condition always meets or exceeds the description and the delivery is always quick. I've recently started buying audio CD's as well as books, and the quality of product and service is great.

I love World of Books . I give them a 5 Star Review x Books are always as they are described condition wise ... indeed usually better than expected. Administration lets me know by email when to expect the books and the delivery is usually earlier than expected which is always a lovely surprise x

I would like to acknowledge the fact that after nearly 2 months, World Of Books credited my account with a full refund for a mudcovered book sent to in Feb. it did take several emails, but they came through in the end. Thank you for resolving this matter. Kim K

I bought a book from WorldOfBooks in AbeBooks and it's been a nightmare of a service. To start with, the shipping fee is more expensive than the book, although this doesn't bother me too much because the book is really cheap, but still worth mentioning. I bought it on March 23th and the estimated time of arrival was on May 3rd, which is kind of unnecessarily long. To my surprise, it was May 10th and I haven't received my book yet, so when I contact WorldOfBooks support asking for the tracking of the package they said they don't have tracking service and could have gotten lost so I had to search on the local postal office agencies. ...Really? 2019 and no tracking service? When you can go on any other site and got that as a minimum of service's quality guarantee. When I ask them in which postal office the package should have arrived, they don't answer. Is there any useful information that they could give me? Seems not. Getting annoyed as days pass between their slow answers through email, customer support offers me to get another copy of the book I asked or a refund. My answer was that, if they couldn't provide any kind of guarantee that my package won't get lost this time (and it isn't something out of this world to ask for a tracking number or AT LEAST the name of the postal office company that should have my package so I can spend MY time doing extra job for achieving what it should have happened normally in first place) then I would go on with the refund, because losing a second package would be a bad joke. So I've been checking my credit card daily to see if my refund has arrived, and when I asked for an estimated time of arrival for my refund some days ago, they answer telling me that the refund was made 5 days ago. And yet my credit card doesn't show any transaction of it nor has had any increase on the available credit. I know this may be an exception, but is beyond all bearing. Slow shipping, slow answer from the customer support with no useful information provided, no solutions provided. It's sad that a, seemingly renowned book selling website can't provide a service with a minimum quality level. No tracking nowadays? Or can't even tell me the postal office name to do YOUR job? And can't even get a refund correctly? Is this for stealing money or some kind of fraud? Because, with the incompetence that I've been experiencing, at this point it seems that I won't get neither my book or my money back. I would have paid for nothing and can't get refunded. (I hope not). In summary, awful service. Won't ever buy again here and I recommend you all to do the same. Really awful.

Apologies for the issues experienced with your order, I can confirm your order was shipped the same day the order was received on the 24th of March at 13.47pm. Apologies this was not received and information was not communicated with regards to the postal service used, this would have been delivered using Correos. We are currently unable to offer tracking on our items as a service, however this is soemthing we're always looking to improve. I can see a refund was initiated by our team on the 13th of May, Abebooks hold payment and all payment details and therefore are responsible for then processing this back to your card once we have initiated it. Their website shows this as being returned by them on the 17th of May so should show on your card shortly. Many thanks, World of Books

I am incredibly satisfied with the service and the quick delivery, despite often using their free delivery option. The books are always in a good condition and perhaps my satisfaction has a little to do with the euphoria of receiving new books but I have no complaints either way. 12/10, would definitely recommend.

I order a book 24/04/2019. has yet I have not received it, tried emailing no response from the company. the order number is WGB-1904-10329365. Breaking Dawn from the Twilight Saga.
