Thank you for two of the books which I ordered. Great quality and speedy delivery. However I’m still awaiting the third book.

Disappointing -Yes . Obviously a mix up . Confusing emails .It should be clear & obvious to you that either you had or not the Sir Roy Fedden book ? Thus I lose the opportunity to buy one when up north .Yes a pity !

Price was good. Shipping was prompt and well packaged. Unfortunately, about half of the books purchased were well below the quality and standard advertised. Items described as 'Very Good' were, instead, damaged, torn, written on, and generally below the quality I have received in the past. Several attempts to contact and resolve the matter have ultimately ended in a complete blanking from customer services.

Labelling wasnt correct so my full order got sent back. Having to wait another 7 days for delivery. Bought on the first of the month.

I would like to acknowledge the fact that after nearly 2 months, World Of Books credited my account with a full refund for a mudcovered book sent to in Feb. it did take several emails, but they came through in the end. Thank you for resolving this matter. Kim K

This Company can list a book as hardcover, but send a softcover instead and say they are allowed to do this under their terms and conditions. A direct quote to me was "if you want to ensure the correct binding you should buy from a smaller book seller" I feel that customer service like that will start to lower their review scores.

I purchased two DVDs over three weeks ago now and still nothing has been received. I have sent an email to customer services and to date no reply which is awful customer service. I wanted these DVDs so I can watch them before the final film comes out at the end of this month. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends and family. You need to sort this out as a company not very professional. Do not order anything from them please.

Books listed as very good condition, I was very disappointed. Stained pages, covers a mess. Ordered paperbacks one arrived as hardback. All I can say is they arrived very quickly, but I won’t be ordering anymore.

Easy to use and book arrived promptly, however not in condition described - sold as Very Good yet jacket has two large coloured stains on it. Emailed twice but no response. Disappointed at lack of response from Customer Service.

I have emailed twice now to follow up an order that has only been part delivered. I have not received a response. Sending again tonight to customerservice@worldofbooks.com in the hope I can receive an explanation about my missing items. My original order was 24th October 2018 - well over the 5 day delivery expectation!

Ordered two books over 3 weeks ago, charges straight way and not received anything, also no tracking information available on my account, yet ordered a different book via Amazon and arrived within day, not impressed so far :-(

I ordered Fiddle Time Joggers on 7th May. Up till I haven't received the book. Your staff assumed it had gone astray. Luckily they are prepared to give me a full refund. A little disappointed that it had gone astray but I managed to get same from another source.

Received one book ok but other didn't turn up, sent several emails and was finally informed that the book wasn't in a good enough condition to send to me so they waited for one in better condition to send me. When it finally arrived it was yellow with age, corners crushed and it had what I can only hope was mud on the back. Sent an emailing explaining all this along with photos of the book and still haven't heard anything back

I ordered four books 2 of which were in good condition however one was in terrible condition and i still haven't recieved the fourth book and its been a month since i ordered it
