“Item was faulty was told to post back received loads of emails waffling on about how he's on holiday and email's have been sent to there huge warehouse, had to raise a Paypal refund dispute and still waiting, wouldn't buy from this company if life depended on it! Wendy happy slayer in training!”

Hey Wendy, I'm sorry you haven't had the experience we would want you to have shopping with us, I've had a look into your tickets and it looks as though there was a bit of a delay with the warehouse checking returns back in over the festive period due to it being even busier than expected. “I saw an advertisement and thought it would be a perfect Christmas present for my 13 year old Grandson. Ordered it and had it sent directly to his address as I was visiting over Christmas, it arrived quickly and I was able to wrap it in time. Very pleased with the smooth transaction and would use this company again.”
