“I was really impressed with everything, from ordering through to receiving delivery of my order. Having never used this site before I was a little sceptical but needn't have been. Easy to order items, prompt communication re status of order and delivery came when stated. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again, especially as every other site had sold out of the items I was after. ????????”

“Really fast free delivery and excellent customer service. I bought 4 vibration speakers (xmas gifts) reduced price for multiple items is always great. Speakers seem good but not like the video shown and the big draw back is you can't increase the sound to a decent level. Overall very pleased and will definitely use wowzr again for those unusual gifts.”

“Ordered on 19th December and paid for quick delivery. Unfortunately item didn't arrive. Contacted company yesterday and they said it was a mix up with delivery people. Got email this morning to say item will arrive on 6th January. No mention of refund for delivery which was over £6. Not the best service I have ever had. Hopefully item will arrive when they say.”

Hey Jane, I'm really sorry about this, sadly once the parcels have been handed over to the couriers, all we can do is hope that they will deliver the excellent service that we expect (and receive 99.99% of the time) from them.
