“i received several emails you will get in touch when i didnt ask it. when i asked to get in touch, you didnt. the status of my order is unclear. it should've been sent some time ago but i didnt receive a shipping confirmation nor is it ckear from the order details on the website whether the order was sent.”

“I am very happy with how fast my order was processed and arrived at my door in a couple of days. I haven't actually tested my purchases as they are Christmas presents. Hopefully everything is good. “I ordered 2 x BoomBox V3. One works, the other doesn't. I have tried to contact 'Customer Support' by telephone 5 times today - from morning to evening - and each time 'there is no one available' to take my call. I have left a message but have not been called back. This is not acceptable. I want to return the faulty item and either have it replaced or receive a refund. Hope this review will receive a response.”
