“Only reason I gave 1 star was because I couldn't give 0. Absolutely terrible customer service. After cancelling a product which was no longer required within 48 hours of ordering it they confirmed by email it was cancelled they then sent a text to say product delayed 4 days after it had been cancelled, I logged a complaint which was then responded too to say it had been cancelled and the money would be credited to my account. 17 days later still nothing, 43 minutes on the phone to incompetent call handler and a promised call back from a manager who never bothered to ring! 19 days later I get a text to say the product is now being delivered!!! 1 and a half hours talking to a manager named ryan who offered no solution and was unable to resolve he promised a call still no call to arrange collection of a product I cancelled 19 days earlier! Still no refund! Disgusting customer service. Incompetent call handlers and even worse management team. Shocking service will never be ordering again and will be reviewing on as many sites as possible to ensure other consumers are made aware!”
“ I have recently received appalling or rather NO service. I have emailed twice with no response, called and did not get a satisfactory response so scheduled a call for a manager to call me tonight but this didnt happen. I just called again to try to find out why the callback hasnt occurred and the adviser left me hanging on for nearly 1/2 hour then they dropped my call. Was not able to find up to date info on website Ima big customer of them usually but currently very unhappy frustrated customer”
