I have found many items that are of great quality for a reasonably low price, things that would have cost my twice as much here at home.

The sweater my daughter received wasn't that bad. The quality is decent for the price. The print on the sweater has stayed on and kept it's color after 2 washes, so not bad at all. We received the order 2 and a half weeks. It might have been delayed by the virus going around which is understandable. My daughter loves her new sweater.

Most of my purchases have been wonderful, as long as I don't expect too much, don't risk too much with high priced items, and watch the closing dates, to make sure I can open disputes before the closing dates, if I need to.

A big Bravo to all who work in Aliexpress! They do great job!! I order a part at 6/12/2019,(they say delivery time 20-40 days),and at 24/12/2019 the package is in Greece!! Great communication,and quick delivered!! Also Bravo to ''banwinoto official store'' for the product!! If i like to order something again,i will choose Aliexpress for sure!!!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN WHEN PRODUCT WAS MISREPRESENTED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MAKE YOU GO THROUGH ALL THESE PORTALS AS IF THEY WILL ASSIST YOU, ONLY TO DENY YOUR CLAIM. THEY ASK FOR PICTURES BUT IGNORE THE PICS WHEN SENT. !@#$%^&*( SORRY COMPANY!!!!!!

I would give it a zero if I could. They would not allow a return even though their website states free returns. I had another order that was never delivered and they don't allow you to dispute it. Worst company....Not legit at all.

Very long shippings and when there's problems they Tell you that you'll have a refund but that never happens

Not trust worthy, false advertisement make you believe they will ship out your purchase fast then make you wait more than a month just to receive your purchase I’ve had this problem with a few of the store purchases on Aliexpress and when open dispute to ask for money back only to be told to be patient and wait for items to arrive they are very quick to take your money but when requesting a refund due to items not being received for more than a month.

Now there is a dark side to this marketplace as well: the help bot needs a lot of work, customer service via the chat are completely useless and read from a script, and sellers posting false presumptions about their products as well as using fake tracking numbers to meet processing times needs to be addressed by Aliexpress and managed a lot better.

I have always got my refund sometimes within minutes! But I ordered 34 since December, 7 I never got, but got my refund. 1 was returned to seller. 6 were delivered 75 days or longer! 8 I am still waiting for, over 60 days! 5 haven’t been shipped yet! Service has been dreadful since December! The 4 previous years I was very pleased!

The customer service is excellent!! The prices can't be beat!! They are the best n the fasted I have delt with yet when it comes to delivery!! I would definitely recommend them your guaranteed customer satisfaction!!!🤗🤗🤗
