“I stepped into the website to purchase a new phone and was quickly shipped. I saw a bunch of different phones and specs on their website... unfortunately the first phone I wanted was not in stock but called and spoke to a representative and he helped me navigate phones and some suggestions in the future. Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Super recommend them! And after the 2nd purchase I have received my phone before the estimated delivery time and I can confirm that they sell new phones in the box. For the record I ordered a galaxy s21 plus.”

“The man that helped us with the returned phones was awesome. I had gotten the right phone at first but with the wrong color, the person who helped me was professional and courteous. I wish I had gotten his name. He has made the exchange for me overnight with 0 hassle!”

“I highly recommended, the service is elite but the vibe in itself is so warm and welcoming. I’m not just saying this to say, it’s really exemplar. If anyone ask this business is the first place I refer. I don’t have to question whether I’m being lied to, or ripped off; it’s a honest and fulfilling. The reason why I’m even writing this right now is because I got my phones from here for over 6 years.”

“I have bought from this store twice, and loved the service provided. Moshe was affable, patient, knowledgeable and very kind to all of the customers. He was willing to talk to all customers about their needs, and made any speed bumps along the way very seamless. He truly cared about giving the customers most excellent customer service, and providing them with whatever they purchased and make it right. I Would highly highly recommend this store to anyone!!”

“The best customer service ever. They were patient and answered all my questions, comments and concerns. Melvin was the greatest help of all. He helped me all the way and also guided me on how to move all my stuff off my old flip phone to my new smartphone. Everyone that answerey calls besides he was friendly & welcoming. “I had a great experience here the other day being assisted by steve and melvin. I had a situation and was in need of a phone asap and both steve and melvin were patient and super helpful when i called the whole time. During my time there, they both also assisted 2 emergency situations with customers, one of whom had lost their phone and they went out of their way to prioritize us. At the end of the day i was left with the exact phone I wanted, and super satisfied that they overnighed the phone for me. and had to leave a review. 10/10”

“Best website for phones in ALL of the INTERNET!!! Reason being...Zach! Not sure of his last name, but he’s the 20 something wavy sweetheart of a human being! Affable, helpful, smart, fast, efficient TOTALLY fluid with all the ins and outs of all things phones,tablets, protector screens, software, hardware.... you name it Zach is 100% fluid with whatever your needs may be at customer service and gets to the root of your issue STAT! Extremely happy customer. Can't wait for my next phone purchase.”

“I saw the reviews and decided to stop by their website to get a phone. They were able to beat t mobile and other competition prices and very helpful with my new phone. David was very helpful to transfer all of my information over from my old phone to the new one. Highly recommend buying from them.”
