“Amazing experience! My boyfriend called in with troubles after his phone was stolen in the mail during shipping. Melvin and Steve spent hours to make sure that he knew all of his options, and he they could make things right for him. just went in their website and purchased a new phone while the stolen one was refunded (after two weeks of reporting from me and cell2get end, we managed to collect that sweet insurance money for the stolen phone and the post office guy got fired for it.) and both representatives were very accommodating and went way beyond any customer service we ever had!”

“Got my new Galaxy s21 yyesterday in the mail from them & loved my experience with cell2get! The representatives when I called for questions were very nice, friendly, and helpful! Phone is new in it's original box and packaging and I can guarantee you that these guys are the real deal 💯 and they really do offer ridiculous discounts on phones. Overall great experience with cell2get!!”

“I am so glad that you have this site because I couldn’t be happier than I am right now and I wanted to give kudos to the store and employee that helped me. I was on their site before but never actually purchased anything and decided to look around other places before placing an order. I called in to see if they are legit and a representative by the name of Adam greeted me, he was so friendly and patient and knew exactly what I needed to be done. I came back a second time because I was a little confused and george happened to be there and I was so lucky to have him help me again. Thank you Adam and george for making my purchase go so well! And getting my phone on time! Thank you!!!”

“Those guys really have done a lot for me ever since I have gotten my device from them. I bought a Kyocera flip phone (e4710) and when I took it to at&t they said they can't activate the phone for me. After calling and speaking to one of the representatives at cell2get, he requested to speak with the at&t lady and he demanded and guided her on how to activate the phone for me. Which is insane! It proves that these corporate stores hire kids that don't have any sense of knowledge in technology nor good customer service either, rather cell2get has helped me all the way from the start and I am so very thankful to them!”

“By far the easiest and best transaction I’ve experienced! In and out within seconds of time! Adam and Rick were so friendly! Super knowledgeable! They got me everything I needed! I just moved here to NY and my cell coverage was spotty. I wanted to purchase a new phone and the website made it so easy! This is my go to store for sure!”

“My last experience versus this experience from 3 years ago has really turned around! It has met my expectations and so much more! Jack really had taken the time To let me have that 10 out of 10 customer satisfactory.😀 I am so pleased with my new cellphone of choice and I would definitely recommend anybody to go in their website and see amazing deals for phones, and call them up or send an email if you have questions. “Had an excellent experience here, was happy with their customer Service. I had the pleasure of being assisted by steve, he was patient , and honest. He helped me, choose the right phone with the right plan. He even called me several times to make sure all my data was transfered to my new phone, and that all was green on my end. “Amazing experience, courteous staff!:D Joe was the man on the other side of the phone. Excellent service!:) We ended up purchasing two samsung galaxy A71 5G. Joe was very knowledgeable and kind! He knew exactly what we wanted and gave us the best service!:) Moreover we were late and at was almost closing time, but he was graceful enough to answer our call ;)”

“I had the BEST experience at Cell2get, with the help of Steve! He helped me set up a new account, and helped me disconnect from my old phone with ease. He really cares about the customer, and wants what is best for you, which is so clear in how he helps you find the best phones. I will absolutely be back for any phone needs I have, and I have already told my family that this has to be where they go for any needs they have—because if you want good service, this is the best Online retailer! “I never write reviews but I went to 3 different phone stores including Best Buy to try to switch over from my old phone to a new one, none of whom could help me find the right phone for me. The manager Steve was a LIFESAVER. Without his perseverance and assistance I probably would of thrown my phone at my wall into a million pieces. He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. After a hour, he got me the phone I wanted, set my phone up after I received it, and fixed the complicated issue that I had. No doubt he went above and beyond!!”

“Manager was a tremendous help getting all of our family’s lines transferred from Verizon to AT&T. I went ahead and purchased for all my family the new galaxy s22 ultra from them, the manage walked us through everything from setting up new accounts to setting up our devices. Very knowledgeable and awesome at customer service. I wish every company I do business with had someone like him on staff.”

“I just upgraded phones at Cell2get. The experience was quick and painless. Moshe was an amazing customer service consultant and handled everything like a pro. Last time I was i bought a phone steve also helped with the upgrades. Both of these customer service consultants should be on Americas Most Wanted for customer service and service on all things cellular. I highly recommend going to their website if you are frustrated with your current cell phone company. Lots of helpers and they know what they are doing so you don’t spend hours in lines then hours with inept associates. Trust me, I’ve been there. So happy spread the word for cell2get”
