“Was dealing with the store manager assistant george. Excellent knowledge, quick help & follow up next day (after contacting them 3 days after I received my phone and that my service provider wouldn't help me get it up and running), if all is working and is correctly done.”

“Great Customer Service, the employee went above and beyond, Adam was great 😊 customer he resolved my issue in 5 minutes, I called the place after my order arrived and they were easy to deal with helping me solve a minor issue I felt dumb asking lol”

“I wanted a phone immediately because mine had stopped working. Steve was so friendly and very very helpful. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know. He was very respectful and friendly. I'm going back to the website for another phone, and I truly appreciate their generosity on such excellent prices. Well done cell2get!”

“Cell2get has been my go to place for phones for a while now and I can't think of any other legitimate phone merchant out there, that can provide their customers with extremely fair and competitive prices on the market. I'm a customer that goes all the way back to 2016 when I wanted to purchase a new lg g5 from them, I contacted their customer service to try and understand who they are and ever since they have gained my loyalty. And now with my recent purchase on the all new google pixel 6 I'm glad to be rocking it with all it's glory thanks to them.”

“This store provides more customer service and excellent prices on their products, than any other phone Store I've visited. The representative was knowledgeable about the offers and products. He was very patient and very professional. The staffing is warm, friendly and as long as I live, this will be the only store I will go to.. Highly Recommended”

“Great staff! Super helpful! After purchasing and receiving a phone from them, they managed Fix a super confusing problem on the spot that the service provider store made while trying to activate it. They’re professional and makes staying a loyal customer to them worth it! They’re customer service is better than most online retailers out there.”

“So I finally got a Big Girl phone and left my prepaid Boost service in the dust, where it belongs, because Boost is garbage. Adam was my customer service person and he was very helpful, informative and talked with me a while, answering all my questions and giving me several options for my new phone. I am very excited about my new phone and service and adam made the transition very stress-free and thanks to Apple and the Cloud, setting up my new phone was simple!”

“What a fantastic experience! Steven was my representative and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs during a stressful and busy schedule. Steven was also assisted by management and other staff during the process. The entire staff was pleasant, respectful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Go see their website, and for any phone needs it's easy to reach them. I wish all the staff at this web store well in their future endeavors! Phone did arrive and completely new and as advertised as overstock. Original accessories and device are all in but the box which I don't care nor I expect to find a phone from 2018 brand new in the box these days. Overall I am a happy customer, and would definitely be buying future phones from them.”

“I don't know how this store has received any bad reviews - they were fantastic! Extremely helpful and not trying to push a sale at all. I had adam helping me. He went through all my questions and concerns respectfully, and I left the call extremely happy! My previous dealings with other stores via the phone left me wanting to change companies... but after working with Adam I am confident in the company and would make an effort to go back to that specific shop if I need anything else! Him and all the staff in the shop were friendly and professional. I highly recommend the shop!!!”

“This phone store customer service is like no other. I've been to a few other stores and their cutomer service is no where like this one. This is my second time with cell2get and don't think I'll be going to any other phone store other then this one. I really want to thank George and the rest of the employees for the spectacular customer service they provided, the moment I walked in the store everyone of them greeted me and made me feel special. They're very knowledgeable of all their products. They're very honest and would recommend you the very best, not like the other store I ended up leaving, that all they wanted is your MONEY. 👏👏👏Keep up the good work guys until next time.”

“Quick, friendly, fantastic service. I have gotten a pixel 6 from cell2get recently, and I'd been struggling with messages and calls failing to send/go through for a month - I'd worked with Google customer support, and T- Mobile call center support, and countless hours of my own troubleshooting to try to resolve. I called cell2get - no wait - explained the issue, expecting to maybe get a warranty replacement phone, and was finished with the call in less than 15 min with a new sim card and fully functioning texts/calls. I basically skipped with joy.”

“My aunt and I went to this website sometime on a Saturday to get a refurbished phone she had purchased online. Everything went very well and everyone was very helpful through email support. After getting the phone home and trying to charge it we were having a problem with the volume button and that it wouldn't charge. My aunt had given up on the refurbished phone and decided to just purchase a new one. Today we contacted their customer service via phone where melvin helped us. My aunt just needed a little help learning about the volume button and to purchase a new wall charger. Melvin saved my aunt a lot of money by her helping in discovering the problems. Melvin also told her she could call the store for help. Thanks melvin-we appreciated your great customer service!”

“The best experience I’ve ever had at a cellular store! Our associate Melvin was easily the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever worked with. He was very through and professional. We made the change from my current phone to the exchange phone with zero problems! At the end of the day we saved money and got the best cell2get had offered! “Super fast and super easy experience. Got a phone for cheaper than anywhereelse. The guy on the phone was super cool, listened to what we wanted, explained everything really clearly, and got in mind exactly what we wanted. This isnt my first time buying from their website but overall Highly recommended.”
