“Went to Harrow on the Hill yesterday and popped in to the Deichmann there for school shoes before the mad rush. I was already carrying two bags and a baby but the lady that assisted me was super fabulous that I just couldn't complain about holding another bag.

“Went shopping in Deichmann in Blackpool picked some fantastic black trainers the staff supported me looking for my size of Which we could not find .
Staff offer to order them for me but due to visiting Blackpool for only a day I choose another pair that was just a good as the first pair that I saw

“Staff in Truro are very helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Today’s visit was helped by Caz, what a lovely lady she was, I wanted a pair of sandals for a wedding in 3 weeks time. She showed me where the sort I wanted were, I said I would have a browse and she said that she would be glad to help me further if I needed it. I kept on returning to a pair that I liked but they didn’t have them in my size and without delay she said she could order them and they would be sent to my address. I asked her if I could just try the larger size ones to see if they were ok, and they were. The order was done in no time, everything was explained to me, I paid and left the shop. Within the hour I had a text message letting me know who the carriers were and when I could expect delivery. I shall never go to any other shop for footwear as Deichmann give such brilliant service.

“David was the salesman who had helped me today, he was extremely helpful and was so understanding of my needs, he exactly knew what I had wanted, and showed me a few items of footwear. I asked him to be honest and give me his opinion as being a nurse and on my feet all day it mattered a lot to me. David was exceptional and was straightforward which made it easier for me to which footwear woudl benefit me. Excellent customer service. Keeping it real and I felt very valued.”
