Bought a shoe rack from dunelm. It is absolutely rubbish. The metal bars don't fit into the sides wouldn't hold the weight of a feather let alone shoes. Never seen such rubbish in all my life. If that is a sample of dunelms products I just don't want to know. Have put this on Facebook so other customers don't fall into the trap of buying a load of rubbish that is only fit for the rubbish bin.

Receive 3 rugs today. Impossible to get in touch. Chat doesn't work on site. Phone not connecting, and couldn't send email. Their loss as I was going to buy another larger rug. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Quite a lot I mistakenly said yes to Click and Collect I then emailed you several times yo make you aware of this and look for advice and received this inspiring reply " ...but that doesn't mean we don’t want to hear from you. If you have any feedback or questions, please use our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. I then used their "contact page" and told them about my errors BUT I'm still waiting for a reply. I spent quite a lot with them buying items but I will never do that again. They couldn't care less about their customers and I believe it's about time it was said out loud ! they've blocked Trust Pilot reviews and now I know why. I have no idea if they will block this review let's wait and see ! A very disappointed and angry Marion Bracken

Online order 19th December 3 phone calls later 10th Jan still not sorted and have to wait further .never once called me back to inform when I will receive order due xmas eve .I phoned and replacement sent that I did not get and they can't sort it on phone so yet agsin they will do nothing to let me know when I will receive my order.a joke ebay sent me in 3 days ,they will get my money infuture

Very disappointed when my daughter in law opened hdr dary duck present on xmas day. 3parts missing & stitches undone on shade. I was embarrassed.

Be aware if you purchase and attempt to return with no receipt they will not exchange, refund or credit note. Its a new policy that I have been unable to locate even on their own website or advertised in store. Staff become very rude and unhelpful.

Rubbish service, item bought for a Xmas present at the start of December still hasn’t arrived in January. Emailed a couple of times, they replied saying they would look into it. Still nothing. Very disappointed Dunelm, bad experiences are the worst kind of advertising!

Curtains nor arrived by 2 delivery dates given. Waited half hour to get on the chat line and was given the usually hours and would be contacted . This never happened. Eventually managed to get on chat line again only to be cut off by them. Person was called Emily and when I managed to get on the line again to Emily, said she hadn't been in contact with anyone of my name. Blatantly lied to and no information as to where my order was. Eventually cancelled. Such poor customer service from a big firm.

I've been to this store a few times in the past, staff have always seemed pleasant. Although went in earlier today, enquiring about mattress toppers. Unfortunately a staff member was extremely rude, when asked a question about one of the toppers. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. This was untrue as when I got to the tills, I was advised she is a supervisor. Even so this woman was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. She is in the wrong job. She smirked when she said she was yhe manager. I think her name was Abi! But could of been a fake name. Il not ever use the Rochdale Dunelm again, because if this is who they have as a supervisor they need to look again.

Confirmed delivery date of 24th December for our sofa, no told 29th. Got rid of the old one this weekend to make space so no sofa for Christmas. Awful service, won't be using again.

We called at your store in Chesterfield yesterday, 7 December 2021 and were pleased find a number of suitable Christmas presents. However, on approaching the checkout we were kept waiting whilst three staff were huddled in a corner deep in conversation. Eventually one of them noticed us and another one came to attend to us. She completed the transaction (for over £80) and issued a receipt without a word to us, and then returned to her friends without so much as a smile or a thank you. We felt as though we were intruding. Over the years we have spent many hundreds of pounds at dunelm but never experienced such appalling customer service.

Have contacted Dunelm several times on phone to no avail and via email to no avail. Contacted Hermes with tracker no number Dunelm sent via email and that is not recognised. I should have received my order yesterday 30 November the order placed 21 November. I have spent two and half hours trying to receive communication from Dunelm. I know times are difficult but to receive an answer would be so much appreciated to receive a reply from them to acknowledge my query. The order is a high value which makes it worse,

Awful customer service. They lost the order, cancelled order. I bought elsewhere then they dispatched the order and claimed it was never cancelled even though I have proof!

I purchased a sofa from Dunelm, after 12 months the sofa which was used in a little used second sitting room. Dunelm asked for photos, these were sent I was then told out of warranty . This is in breach of consumer rights act 2015. My concern is that there was no discussion after this there have not responded to emails or letters. I am still pursuing this. The sofa was very poor quality and was not fit for purpose.

Terrible service, 2 failed deliveries, lied to, no communication I had to do all the chasing. I could go on, but the issues are so long and you would stop reading, never order from them if you want a trouble free service.

Will not buy again from Dunelm managers rude customer service don't have an idea on what is on offer , pls check all offers before you go in as they don't want to look into anything as a customer for years and years wi not shop there again.

Manager of Dunelm, Brislington, Bristol is a bully especially to younger staff. He swears at his staff. He refers to young female members of staff as "fresh meat" and has inappropriately touched a female member of staff and thinks its ok to apologise and leave it there. Ringing head office to report this is a joke. They're closed due to covid. This leaves me with no option but to contact the police.

Bought net curtains back in June but was waiting for new windows to be fitted in new house but kept getting delayed but when got windows fitted tried putting up curtain they where cut the wrong sizes went back say they where cut wrong they would not return or place them had receipt but there answer was no they should refund my money I will not shop there again

Bought a lamp shade for 45.00 the top was so wide no standard ceiling pendant would work with it Returned the next day with receipt and packaging except for a small amount of cellophane and for this I had to argue for my refund as their rules WHICH RNT STATED ANYWHERE IN STORE is a loss of packaging means no return ? The law states a receipt which I had and bought the day before so to be embarrassed arguing with staff was an insult,I’ve been going here years and will remain loyal to the coffee shop and will be returning the two packs of curtains I ordered to try and see which one I like immediately as I don’t want to risk losing 100s of pounds,so I won’t even open and look I’ll go to a store that’s happy to allow u choice.
