“I placed an order for a Mercedes taillight assembly on May 25th while I was on vacation. I received an email on 5/26 stating it was shipped. When I got home on May 31st I used UPS tracking and discovered that only the shipping label had been created and it had not shipped yet. I called eEuroparts on 5/30, 5/31 and 6/1 trying to get information as to when it would ship. After continual questioning of the customer service reps, I discovered that they used email to communicate with the warehouse and would inform me once the warehouse let them know the status. I had also emailed them on 5/30 with still response to that.
I asked to have order canceled and issue me a refund. I was told that they would have to email the warehouse and if the warehouse responded that the itme had not been shipped they would issue a refund. If the warehouse wasn't responding to emails regarding shipment status, would they respond to a refund request?
I also found out that while I ordered from eEuroparts, the item was to be shipped from NEWPARTS.COM. I don't know if this order was outsourced of it eEuroparts & Newparts are tied together.
Very questionable business practices and antiquated technology used.
Unfortunately, I hadn't searched review before placing this order and needed the part in a hurry. I have called my bank and placed a "Dispute" on the charge. I don't foresee this being resolved rapidly.”
“I placed an order on May 25th and received an email stating that it was shipped on May 26th with expected delivery date of May 31. In tracking this order, it shows only the shipping label has been created and it has not shipped. I called your customer service and was told that order was sent to another warehouse, and it should ship today. They would send me a new email as to when it does ship.
This is my first order with your company and I must say I am not satisfied. The customer service rep did not try to find out a "True" status of this order. Will it really ship today, etc.
Their prices are okay, but the biggest saving was in shipping ( a competitor want $60 compared to their $5.
Their web site states, "giving you the support you need". Right, they could even take the time to truly find out the status of my order. I followed up the phone call with an email to their customer support (no answer received yet).”
“Don’t buy from this company. They will not honor returns or refunds. I bought a set of injectors from them. They failed after 3 weeks of installation and now they won’t warranty them. They keep making excuses why they can’t warranty them. Real snakes in the grass. Stay away!”
“I had been doing business with Eeuro for many years and was very satisfied. Since they have been sold to Newparts they have become very slimy dishonest vendors. I ordered a specific Bosch fuel accumulator and fuel pump from them. The listing showed the correct pump no. And the picture showed the correct pump with the numbers clearly visible. What they shipped was a cheap universal pump which is not correct for my car. When i called they told me that it was a bosch pump, so too bad for me. They hung up on me two times. I have not been able to get any resolution on this. DO NOT BUY ANY PARTS FROM THEM. THEY ARE THEIVES.”
“Bad customer service, they shipped a wrong product and failed to return the item or replace it after they knew their product didn’t work.
I had to buy from somewhere else.
Not recommend at all, won’t buy from them again.”
“My name is Joe and I buy a lot of parts from Eeuro. The sales team are very polite and knowledgeable, however when it comes to returns, they tend to give me the run around and stall. I don't like that, all these companies are so quick to take your money and make the sale but when it comes to the follow through they are not good.”
“Worse company I’ve had to deal with , horrible customer service. I ordered parts that was in stock, only to be told the company cannot fulfill the order with no explanation”
“I am a 70 year old car nut that still try and fix cars myself. eEuroparts is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not believe what you see in their website. If something appears too good to be true it probably is.”
“Oh, well, where do I begin? The company went through a change of ownership a few years ago, and while some things still work with their business, they changed their operations from warehouse to a combination of warehouse and drop-shipping. As a result, their information about the stock status of their products is often somewhat aspirational. For inexpensive items they may advertise one brand and send you another. I’ve been ordering “genuine Volvo”, receiving Pro Parts, with them claiming that the somewhat shady Swedish aftermarket outfit is a “genuine parts supplier”. I’ve had them mark parts as shipped, issue tracking number, then two weeks after figure out that their partner in Plano, TX doesn’t have the parts in stock. Having said that, if you’re OK with the lottery of not getting the brands you ordered and occasional bloopers with your orders, they do have some good stuff (including genuine parts through their partner), offer rock-bottom prices, and whatever they have locally they ship quickly. Just don’t expect them be reliable, I’d go elsewhere for that.”
“EEuro wanted me
To pay for a part before they could look it up. Once I payed them, they told
Me it wasn’t available. It’s been two weeks now fighting to get a refund, and finally got an email stated they will refund. Been 72 hours and nothing in my account. Guess it’s time to lawyer up.
Stay clear of this company. They practice deceptive business schemes”
“Week after the order was placed it has not been shipped (all parts are in stock).
Customer service is only good at stalling and lying.
Save yourself some time and aggravation and order from AutohausAz”
“I used to make a majority of my purchases through Eeuroparts and never had an issue, Until i had to do my first return. Expect a 30 day return process if your lucky. That includes taking a minimum number pictures and a dozen phone calls that never get returned. They used to be a great company but they have gone down hill. If you do make a purchase use a Credit card that has buyer protection. Your going to need it.”
“If you own a European Vehicle I strongly recommend FCPeuro , I had bad experience with eEuro they screwed my orders twice , and they were over a grand each time.
I'm much happier with Fcp Euro .”
“This company sent the package to the wrong address - asked me to -ask the mailman where it was - talk to the postmaster - and then look on my neighbors porches - in a series of emails designed to push off complaints
Finally "Kelly" suggested I should file a claim under my homeowners policy for the loss - and "contact local law enforcement if it was stolen"
As if someone stole a cabin filter for a 16 year old saab
Do not buy from this company they are thieves and horrible people to even be associated with much less do business with”
“Shady company that sold me an expensive part that was "in stock" and then emailed 3 days later to tell me it wasn't in stock and a refund would take up to 7 days. Then they shorted me on the refund. Go elsewhere.”
“This company are a bunch of liars and crooks in my opinion.
I ordered a part that said it was for my s500 and when it came it didn’t fit. When I contacted them they said I can return it but out of my own pocket . Now it costs more to send it back (and I did send it back) than what it costs.
This company which continues to accuse me of lying which I’m not. When I ordered it online it said it was for my car!! Why would I buy anything I couldn’t use?? Especially when the site tells you if it’s for your car or not!!!
Very unprofessional and in my opinion crooks.. I found so many other great companies don’t need this crappy low level establishment.. I guess they couldn’t pay the $30 for the return for the mistake they made..”
“They refuse to give me a refund for items the say they received on the 24 waited 10 days now they never received it tracking number shows it was delivered very unprofessional company say they have a 1000 returns a day one person do all the returns need a better system packages wouldn't get lost bad business.”
