“Good website, great choice of items. There was an issue with the packaging and so i was offered a discount, which led to delays in my delivery. From this i received a discount for my next order and 5% of my current invoice. I would use farfetch again.”

“Farfetch's delivery policy with FedEX needs alternatives. They require a signature for delivery at address and I understand this to ensure product is received by customer. However, FedEx also has an option for customers that work and not home during delivery, to pick their product up in person at the nearest FedEx location and sign for it with ID. Most people work and are not home sitting on their backsides being pampered awaiting a package because we have money and nothing else to do. WRONG!!! Most of us are hardworking people as customers and at least allow another option for customers to pick up and sign for their products ordered. I am truly disgusted with this whole FedEx signature at residence restriction because people are not at home 2:30pm in the afternoon. Hell, WE WORK!!! Once I receive my product, I will BEVER attempt ordering from this entity. Too much unnecessary B.S. surrounding shipping without reasonable options. ~NG”

“I had success ordering from Farfetch until recently. I had an order dating to August 11th with 3 items with 2 of them delivering within 7-10 days as expected. The final item continued to say "issue with delivery" so I wrote in the first time to customer service 2 weeks after order and from that point until today spent over an hour on hold and on calls and over a dozen emails later and the only thing they could tell me today is they are going to have the item sent back to their shipper and credit me the invoice - so I don't get my item I desire at all. They site that the COURIER tried to reach me several times - UNTRUE. They site that I did not reply to emails - UNTRUE - they apologize for issue but 2 of 3 items got to me from same order without issue. Oh well I guess I will find the jeans elsewhere.”

“Ordered pair of shoes and did receive wrong size . After returning and refund ordered again and after waiting for weeks and info that they have ben shipped they canceled the order and refunded the money . Terrible experience.”
