“My versa 4 was just out of warranty when the fit bit app changed to Google health. After this my watch constantly lost charge rapidly and shut down daily. After emailing fit bit support I was offered a 35% discount from them. I said i would accept though reiterated that I wasn't happy with this as the watch was fine before the app switch. They then unexpectedly escalated my complaint and I received my replacement watch yesterday. Hats off to them. It was more than I expected. Good customer service. They kept me updated daily.”

“Quick delivery and plenty of tracking information - however they do use an excessive amount of packaging for one replacement band, very wasteful.”

“Ordered a Charge 2 which had a faulty function recording too many flights of stairs climbed. After a couple of emails back & forth Fit Bit sent me a new tracker. A problem dealt with competently. I would recommend dealing with them in future.”
