Fitbit no longer works with weight watchers as it is no longer avaliable! There are thousands & thousands of people using the fitbit and have upgraded as time goes on. I feel that fitbit should replace the watch for one that will work with the weight watchers app. We want to get healthy not rejected. I've seen a lot of comments that are no good towards any fitbit products. So sad, no warning or replacement at no charge. DO NOT BUY FITBIt AS THEY DO CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMERS!

Frustrating App The new Fitbit Air Tracker itself is comfortable but doesn’t works well and, the Fitbit app is unreliable. My workouts are logged inconsistently—some are recorded correctly, while others aren’t recorded at all. That makes it difficult to track my progress and defeats one of the main reasons for using a fitness tracker. I also paid for Fitbit Premium, and based on my experience, it simply isn’t worth the money. If the app can’t consistently record workouts, the premium features don’t add much value. Fitbit needs to fix these issues. Until then, I can’t recommend paying for Fitbit Premium.

I've bought every new version. I'm wearing charge6 now. ALL of them go bad in less than a year. I bought this version at the end of last summer and it's already giving me grief. It won't sync with my app anymore. I can't reset it by holding the side button down, like it says to do. My wife has been telling me not to buy any more, three purchases back. I like the thin, less bulky style on my wrist, but I guess its time to listen to her... at least on this one, lol.

I've been a long term Fitbit consumer, about 6 or 7 years. I've been through several models of tracker all of which have degraded quite quickly. I've stuck with them because the information they provide is useful and historically they replace the trackers with a reasonable discount. When my latest Charge 3 became too dim to read I contacted them but the limitations and size of discount are no longer economic. I'd really just like a Tracker that lasts longer than 12 months. It's no fun to repeatedly end up in negotiations with Support. So bye bye Fitbit, I'm off to try a Garmin.
