“After about 3 or so deliveries, the grass was delivered brown and not close to green.”

“We have enjoyed using fresh-patch. My poodle loves the convenience of doing her business on the balcony, 30 floors up, then having to take an elevator ride down to the doggy run and then back up. (her humans love this fact too!) Since the beginning of May, most of the fresh patches haven't been arriving so "fresh"... coming yellow, to straw color and not springing back to life after opening the box and giving the grass a good sprinkling of water. We don't find that the grass is lasting nearly as long as it had in the past, Which makes poodle and her humans sad.”

“Fresh Patch is easy- arrives eighth to my door ready to go. However, lately it does not seem to be lasting as long. I used to get a good 2 wks and now can barely get a week. Not sure if the materials have changed or if it's the weather but I am looking for alternatives now since it's not holding up.”

“Great experience, works well for my dog. Only down side, sometimes boxes come crushed from the Fed Ex Truck and sometimes the patches are dried out and yellow.”
