“I ordered some flowers which were not cheep for my sister who is going through a bad time they arrived damaged e.g. no heads funky pigeon won't do anything without a picture and of course the first thing you do when your not well is to think oh need to take a picture after you have burst in to tears all I get is robots no humans to talk to even Hermes won't take responsibility although the flowers were thrown upside down on the front door will NOT be using these again no customer care in fact NO ONE CARES GRRRRRRRRRR”
