“ Ordered 2 cards paid extra to guarantee delivery didn't receive mothers day card on time, nor my anniversary card yet, let's see if I can even get a refund, I'll order from moonpig or some other company next time, if you pay extra & can't deliver a simple card & the service you use to deliver should be changed ”

“ Awful. Said delivery for 3rd February and not arrived. Did say allow 5 working days due to strikes but been none! Do not order from them. Take money but don't delivery on time. I posted cards 2nd class and got there fine! If not arrived for tomorrow I will contact for refund and inform PayPal. ”
