“I make facecloth "rabbits" and place a guest soap in and for children at Christmas I put chocolate coins in and cream eggs at Easter and sell them for local charities . These face cloths were correct size and a good quality. Also good assortment of colours. I shall be back for more. Xx”

“I ordered a tablecloth and napkins for next day delivery, they didn't arrive on time and when they did get here, the tablecloth was the wrong size. However when I advised them of the error, they rectified it and sent me the correct item on a next day delivery. The tablecloth and napkins are of excellent quality.”

“Delivery was very prompt, the quality is excellent, very pleased with everything. I will definitely be ordering from Hotel Linens again. I do have one small issue and that is that there was no notification of dispatch which is really what I would have expected and when I tried to communicate there was no response. Having said that delivery was spot on, much appreciated. Thank you.”

“"Still not in receipt of goods despite ordering on 28 September.\r\nNo updates or advice of delay.\r\nWorst ever." Received a phone call saying delivery a.m. today 9 October 2017. Now received an e@mail from courier saying will be sometime tomorrow 10 October 2017”

Hi Peter, sorry to hear you did not receive your goods. My partner has called to explain the situation and as discussed, your goods have been resent for delivery today. Sorry for the inconvenience, sometimes couriers loose our parcels and we are the last to know. Kind regards Hotel Linens

“I was very impressed with the chocolate brown towel set that I ordered and because the mocha set was not quite so good I sent an e-mail to which I had a speedy reply about them looking into the matter. I would recommend Hotel Linens to anybody requiring good quality towels at a very reasonable price with quick delivery.”
