“First order was fine, good quality, delivered promptly and order complete. The second order for king size duvet set was missing one pillow case. I only realised when I was making a bed up for guests. I have emailed twice with order details , no response, and used the online contact form, however, I have heard nothing back from Hotel Linens. It is difficult for me to call during working hours so am disappointed with their lack of customer service.”

“I ordered bath sheets and hand towels for my Guest House. They are a generous size, excellent quality, thick, soft and very absorbent. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Linens. I had a couple of questions and was impressed with their customer service. Ordering was quick and easy as was the delivery. My guests are very happy and so am I !”

“Easy online ordering and goods despatched next day. Courier company used made it easy to divert parcel to a local shop for pickup. Towels good quality and prices excellent!”

Hi Julie Great news on the courier this is a new feature we have introduced where customers can divert their package to a designated shop for pickup or re arrange the delivery to go to a neighbour or even change the delivery to a more convenient day. So to hear your positive feedback with regard to this new feature is excellent. “They were delivered on time. One little bit of feedback is that the slippers are approx a size 6...I am a size 3 so you can't really call them "one size". The slippers smell very odd too a cross between a rubber factory & a swimming pool.. I have had to open each pair & leave them in the fresh air & spray them with fabreeze & had to leave them in the utility room for approx 2 days & now they are ok.”

Hi Pam Sorry to hear you to go through airing the slippers, unfortunately due to the sole and the PVS slippers can form time to time have a smell. This smell will go after a day or so out of the packaging. With regard to the size the business does purchase what is know as one size slipper for the hotel industry which are used for new customers alongside our bathrobes for use within the hotel. I will make a note of your comment reference the size and see if it is possible to receive a more accurate sizing form the supplier.
